Eze Simpson Osuagwu

Professor Eze Simpson Osuagwu studied Economics at Harvard University Cambridge Massachusetts, and Public Policy - Economics at Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia, United States. In addition, he studied Law and earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, Fairfax Virginia. He holds Law practice licenses in Nigeria and the United States. Overall, he has earned two Doctorate degrees (PhDs), four master's degrees in economics, Business Administration, Administration of Human Services and Law, and three bachelor's degrees in Statistics, Law and Economics in over three decades of teaching and learning in both developed and developing countries.  He taught Economics at University of Lagos and Covenant University from 2000 to 2010 and 2016 to 2019 respectively. He is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the International Institute for Development Studies Wilmington DE United States and a Visiting Professor at Covenant University. He has attended conferences at World Bank and International Monetary Fund, Washington DC and University of Oxford United Kingdom, where he presented papers. He is a certified Sustainable Development expert by World Bank Group, Washington DC. He has published extensively in reputable journals indexed in SCOPUS. His field of specialization includes Industrial Organization, Financial and Development Economics, Public Policy and Economic Analysis of Law.

Sarah Fuessler

  

Dr. Sarah Fuessler earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing at Temple University, Philadelphia. She further earned a master's degree in information science and Doctorate degree in Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She worked at American International Group, Inc. (AIG) for about five years before joining the International Institute for Development Studies in 2019. Her research interest includes strategic management of complementary resources and capabilities within an organization, alliance, network or ecosystems.

Manuel Morga Ph.D.

 A professional development practitioner and educationist, Dr. Manuel (Manny) Morga is not only an expert consultant and mentor but also a catalyst for transformative behavioral change of human and community interests.   Dr. Morga was born on September 28, 1946, and is a holder of PhD in Commerce (Major in Management, 1985), Master of Arts in Public Administration (1977), BS in Commerce (1982), and BS in Education (1967). In 1989, he was a government scholar in development administration sponsored by the Government of India. He is currently a professor in behavioral and public resource economics, research and development studies, and consultant in public sector development.
